cold shower slow response
The shower was a real issue. there was no hot water when i arrived. it took several messages to get someone to even look into it. it wasn't fixed for four days. That was a long time to take cold showers.

Excellent Self-Contained Studio
equipped kitchenette laundry facilities
The room was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchenette.. I appreciated the convenience of this self-contained unit. The shared kitchen also had great laundry facilities available to use, very helpful .
I found an issue with the hot water supply. The water remained lukewarm for about 30 seconds before turning cold, made showering uncomfortable. Resolving this would significantly improve the guest experience.
Service
9/10
The self check-in was easy to manage, especially as the keys are available from a box outside the building. Staff responded quickly when I messaged with a query and were helpful in their advice given regarding local amenities.
Location
8/10
This location offers good transport links into the city centre via trams and buses, allowing exploration of the local area. The nearest tram stop is approximately a seven-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city's attractions.
Rooms
9/10
The room was clean and well kept with a good bathroom included. A microwave and kitchenette are available within the room, allowing basic self-catering options during the duration of my stay, which I found useful.

Fantastic Location and Great Value!
perfect location easy self-check-in handy kitchenette
The location is perfect. A short walk gets you right into the city center! All the facilities I needed were there. The self check-in was so easy. There was a microwave and a handy kitchenette right in the room. It's more convenient than a hotel!
The cooker didn't work. That was a bummer. This made cooking meals in the room impossible. I hope they fix it soon!
Dining
8/10
The communal kitchen is a great asset. I was able to prepare simple meals there, saving money on eating out. The area was well kept, with sufficient counter space and a range of cooking utensils available for the guests.
Rooms
9/10
The studio room felt clean and cosy. It was a comfortable space to relax after a long day. The bathroom was super clean, and the kitchenette's cleanliness was excellent, and this helped enhance my overall experience.
