Excellent Self-Contained Studio

The room was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchenette.. I appreciated the convenience of this self-contained unit. The shared kitchen also had great laundry facilities available to use, very helpful .
I found an issue with the hot water supply. The water remained lukewarm for about 30 seconds before turning cold, made showering uncomfortable. Resolving this would significantly improve the guest experience.

The self check-in was easy to manage, especially as the keys are available from a box outside the building. Staff responded quickly when I messaged with a query and were helpful in their advice given regarding local amenities.

The location is perfect. A short walk gets you right into the city center! All the facilities I needed were there. The self check-in was so easy. There was a microwave and a handy kitchenette right in the room. It's more convenient than a hotel!
The cooker didn't work. That was a bummer. This made cooking meals in the room impossible. I hope they fix it soon!

The communal kitchen is a great asset. I was able to prepare simple meals there, saving money on eating out. The area was well kept, with sufficient counter space and a range of cooking utensils available for the guests.

hot water problemcold showers
The hot water was a real problem . It took four days and several messages before they finally switched it on. I just wanted a hot shower! Before that, I had to deal with lukewarm water for a very short time, then cold showers. This issue honestly soured the whole experience.
